On May 6 of the current year, the personnel of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the grave of the National Leader, the founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, prominent politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor and paid respectful tribute to his cherished memory.
A wreath was laid and flowers were placed at the grave of the founder of the Azerbaijani state, the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Subsequently, an event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Special Communication and Information Security State Service.
The event began with a minute of silence in memory of the great leader.
In his opening speech, Lieutenant General Ilgar Musayev, Head of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service, spoke about the life and activity of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, his successful navigation of his people through complex historical and political challenges, and his special attention to the security of the country as a wise and farsighted statesman. He noted that the field of communications and information and communication technologies has always been a focus of the Great Leader’s attention, resulting in significant achievements. It was specially emphasized that Heydar Aliyev devoted his life to his people both during the Soviet era and while leading independent Azerbaijan, and that he will forever live in the hearts of the Azerbaijani people.
At the conclusion of his speech, Lieutenant General Ilgar Musayev highlighted that the President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev is successfully continuing the policy of the National Leader. Thanks to his wise leadership, the 44-day Patriotic War ended Armenia’s occupation policy, and our occupied territories were liberated under his command.
A film dedicated to the life and creativity of Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, prominent politician, and statesman, was shown to the participants.
In closing, Head of the Service Ilgar Musayev noted that by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2023 was declared the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in Azerbaijan, and a series of events will be organized throughout the year at the Service in this regard.
