The Special State Protection Service, Special Communication and Information Security State Agency's The Computer Emergency Response Team launched the "Resource Management Center" to improve interactive communication with state agencies.
The Resource Management Center was created as an electronic service of CERT.GOV.AZ with the aim of improving the quality of the service provided by the organization of secure information exchange with the KIMM of state bodies and increasing interactivity. By registering in this system according to special security rules, state bodies create their own personal cabinet in this system. Government agencies participate in cryptographic data exchange with the KIMM using their personal offices in the system, open requests according to relevant sections and priorities, receive security notices or warnings not from news or websites, but directly from the Resource Management Center. The Resource Management Center has also perfected the request registration system, which also contributes to investigating problems and taking preventive measures in the future according to the request statistics, as well as measuring and improving the level of service provided.
