Decree No. 654 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on some measures related to ensuring the security of Internet information resources and e-mail addresses of state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Based on Article 109, Clause 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:
1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan should be instructed to determine the requirements for the creation and management of Internet information resources of state bodies within two months and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about this.
2. Assigned to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the central and local executive authorities and should be recommended to the Office of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the appeal courts to place the Internet information resources and e-mail addresses of those bodies in the information and resource center for state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is at the disposal of the Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
3. Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
3.1. Take necessary measures to ensure the security of Internet information resources and e-mail addresses placed in the information and resource center for state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the disposal of the service;
3.2. Regularly inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the work done.
