Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on granting M.A. Valiyev the military rank of lieutenant general
Based on paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I make a decision:
Mursal Ali oglu Valiyev should be given the military rank of lieutenant general.
