ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
Guided by Item 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order:
Mursal Ali oglu Valiyev is to be appointed the deputy head of the Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the head of the State Agency for Special Communication and Information Security.
