Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the awarding of military personnel of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Acting in accordance with paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
