Today is the professional holiday of the employees of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service
On 26 September, on the occasion of the professional holiday of the employees of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the leadership of the Service visited the grave of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, prominent politician and statesman Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor, paid tribute to his dear memory, and laid wreaths and bouquets of flowers in front of the graves of the Great Leader and the distinguished ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
For your information, based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 September 2012, No. 708, the Special Communication and Information Security State Agency under the Special State Protection Service was established. On 16 March 2020, by Decree No. 957 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the basis of that Agency, the Special Communication and Information Security State Service was established. By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 24 September 2024, 26 September was established as the professional holiday of the employees of the State Special Communication and Information Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
