Employees of SCISSS participated in the “FDC Summit 2025” event and in the Board of Directors meetings of the OIC-CERT organization
Employees of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) of Special Communication and Information Security State Service (XRİTDX) participated in the “FDC Summit 2025” event, held in Cairo from April 28 to 30, organized by the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as in the second Board of Directors meeting of 2025 of the OIC-CERT — the Organization of Islamic Cooperation – Computer Emergency Response Team.
During the OIC-CERT Board of Directors meeting, held as part of the “FDC Summit 2025,” information was presented regarding the commitments undertaken by Azerbaijan’s CERT for the organization’s 2025 activity period. One of the key ongoing initiatives by the center is the development of the OIC-CERT Membership Portal. XRİTDX employees delivered a preliminary presentation of the new portal during the meeting.
At the “Research Forum” held within the framework of the event, Murad Balayev participated as a speaker in the panel discussion titled “Behind the Click: Social Engineering as a National Security Risk,” where he shared insights into the CERT’s practices and experience in working with Azerbaijani government institutions.
