The “Telegram” attacks are being investigated by the Service
An investigation has been launched by the Malware Analysis Laboratory (MRLab) of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service (SCISS) of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding a new wave of cyberattacks carried out via the “Telegram” messaging application.
MRLab is currently conducting research to identify the cybercriminals involved, as well as to assess the scale and impact of the incidents. Preliminary findings of the investigation are available on the website of SCISS’s Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).
