Cyberattacks against state bodies are successfully prevented by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service (SCISSS).
Based on the analysis of cyberattacks detected through the continuous monitoring of state bodies’ information systems by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service, a total of 49 Indicators of Compromise (IOC) were identified and blocked centrally for the month of November of the current year. Of these cyber threats, 41 were identified through internal investigations, while 8 were detected based on requests from state bodies.
In addition, during November 2025, the Special Communication and Information Security State Service recorded and blocked 20,932,797 malicious links on the “AzStateNet” network, and 4,505 malicious electronic documents were detected and blocked through the “Sandbox” protection system, a key concept in network security.
Furthermore, through security solutions installed on end-user devices (centralized antivirus system), 300,412 instances of malicious activity were prevented.
