Joint information of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Republic of Azerbaijan and the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan
As it is known, for the purpose of continuing mortgage lending during the year 2026 by the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, limits have been allocated to authorized banks. Applications for standard mortgage loans have been started to be accepted from March 05, 2026 at 11:00, and applications for preferential mortgage loans have been started to be accepted from March 06, 2026 at 11:00.
In order to ensure that citizen applications are accepted in equal conditions for everyone, in real-time mode and in a transparent manner through the “Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee” system integrated into the Electronic Government Information System, within the framework of cooperation with the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Republic of Azerbaijan, resilience and security tests have been carried out in the system, and through the applied information security mechanisms, the secure and uninterrupted operation of the system has been ensured and kept under constant control.
It should be noted that the provision of both standard and preferential mortgage loans with favorable conditions and low interest rates has created a high demand for these loans among the population. Within the limits allocated to authorized banks at the announced times, applications of 1522 persons (total applications 9019) for obtaining a standard mortgage loan, and applications of 643 persons (total applications 4369) for obtaining a preferential mortgage loan have been registered.
As in previous years, the acceptance of applications for mortgage lending and the subsequent processes are continued in accordance with the current legislation and the internal rules of the Fund.
The secure operation of the system is kept under control through the information security mechanisms applied by the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of Republic of Azerbaijan.
