JOINT STATEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSPORT, THE STATE SECURITY SERVICE, THE SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION SECURITY STATE SERVICE, AND THE STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
Today, the next housing selection process through the “Affordable Housing” electronic system was successfully completed.
In line with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, another significant achievement has been attained in ensuring the accessibility, transparency, and security of services provided to citizens in the digital environment.
On September 4, 2026, the sale of a total of 535 apartments located in the Lankaran Residential Complex, Shirvan Residential Complex, and Yevlakh Residential Complex — projects of the State Housing Development Agency — was successfully carried out through the “Affordable Housing” system.
The safe, uninterrupted, and equitable conduct of the sales process was made possible through the close, unified, and coordinated efforts of specialists from the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the State Security Service, the Special Communications and Information Security State Service, and the State Housing Development Agency. The coordinated cooperation among the relevant government institutions and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by each institution within its respective area of responsibility were key factors contributing to this success.
Today’s sale once again demonstrated that Azerbaijan is among the leading countries in providing citizens with high-quality, reliable, and innovative services in the digital environment.
The State Housing Development Agency will continue to introduce innovations aimed at improving the sales process and ensuring transparency.
