Joint information of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Security and the Mortgage and Loan Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan
The Mortgage and Loan Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan has set limits for the provision of mortgage loans, including concessional mortgages, to the authorized banks in order to continue the mortgage lending process during 2023.
Receipt of applications from citizens was carried out in real time through the Electronic Mortgage and Loan Guarantee system located on the portal of the Electronic Government (www.e-gov.az), creating equal conditions for everyone, and at this time there were no technical failures or external interference in the functioning of the system.
It should be noted that taking into account the presence of more applications on mortgage loans than in the previous period, in order to facilitate the use of the system of “Electronic Mortgage and Loan Guarantee” and to ensure the satisfaction of citizens, jointly with the employees of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security, checks on the security audit of the electronic service were carried out and optimization works were carried out in the information system for the sustainable functioning of the system.
