The Special Communications and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan has paid tribute to the cherished memory of the National Leader.
General-Lieutenant Ilgar Musayev, the head of the Special Communications and Information Security State Service (SCIS), and the staff of the Service visited the grave of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, prominent politician, and statesman Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor, marking the 21st anniversary of his passing. They paid their respects and honored his cherished memory.
Flowers were laid at the grave of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Later, at the Service's administrative building, the staff was provided with detailed information about the life and legacy of the Great Leader, his historical services to our people and state, and a documentary film was shown.
