A methodological training meeting was held at the Special Communications and Information Security State Service with the heads of the educational groups of the structural divisions. The main objective of the event was to improve the activities of the educational groups in the military service sector, enhance the quality of methodological work, and implement teaching approaches aligned with current challenges.
During the event, the results of special training, combat, and socio-political preparedness for 2024, the protection of the health of the Service's personnel, adherence to discipline and behavior rules while performing service duties, and the outcomes of disciplinary practices throughout the year were discussed. Additionally, detailed information was provided on the state policies implemented by the country’s leadership for the welfare of the Azerbaijani people.
At the meeting, Dr. PhD, Professor, and prominent public-political figure Cəbi Bəhramov, Head of the "Western Azerbaijan History" Department at the Institute of History of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, delivered an extensive lecture on the topic "Analysis of Socio-Political Events in Azerbaijan and Worldwide in 2024." In his presentation, the professor examined significant socio-political processes occurring this year both in Azerbaijan and globally, analyzing successful domestic and foreign policy measures within the framework of Azerbaijan's national interests, as well as the military-strategic aspects of global conflicts.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was emphasized that such events play a crucial role in both enhancing the professionalism of the personnel and improving the efficiency of the Service. The outcomes of the event will be of particular importance for further development of educational and management processes within the Service.
