Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding the “For Military Service” medal to the military personnel of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Pursuant to Article 109, Clause 23 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree that the following military personnel of the Special Communication and Information Security State Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan be awarded the “For Military Service” medal for distinguished service while performing their official duties:
