Security measures were implemented through the Electronic Inquiry System

The CERT Center of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security (SCIS) registered 1,602 requests from state institutions within nine months through the closed "Electronic Request System" provided to state institutions, and implemented necessary security measures.

The Electronic Inquiry System was created as an electronic service of CERT.GOV.AZ in order to improve the quality of the provided service by organizing a secure information exchange with the Computer Emergency Response Team of state bodies and increasing interactivity. State bodies create their own personal cabinet by registering in this system according to special security rules. Government agencies participate in cryptographic information exchange with the Computer Emergency Response Team using their private offices in the system, open a request according to the relevant section and priorities, receive security notices or warnings directly from the Electronic Request System, not from news or websites.

The Electronic Inquiry System has also perfected the inquiry registration system. In the future, this will contribute to investigating problems and taking preventive measures, measuring and improving the level of service provided in accordance with survey statistics.
